At MOC Central, we know that for your service department to be successful, all personnel must be knowledgeable about the product and proficient on our equipment. While most technicians have a familiarity with fuel service tools and fluid exchange machines, to be truly effective they need to be trained on them at regular intervals and constantly updated with new adapters, fittings and processes.
In Houston, our machine specialist Joe is out in the field every day teaching technicians how to use the equipment and improve their processes. We usually kick off the day with donuts and end with a BBQ!
